Conveyancing Liability Solutions Limited (CLS) provides market leading title insurance through our ConveySure® suite of products. Since its launch CLS has continually innovated to provide efficient online solutions to the UK's conveyancing market. ConveySure® was specifically designed to provide the market with a system that delivers policies that they can rely on, at the best prices, when they want them (instantly). ConveySure® is available for both residential and commercial property transactions, quickly and cost effectively, online or off.

CLS has established the standard in identifying and protecting against Chancel Repair Liability with ChancelCheck®, the only online search that identifies at the tithe district level whether a property lies in a "risk area". The search result also includes results for Enclosure Awards and Corn Rents. CLS's simple online system allows conveyancers to comply with Law Society and CML guidelines of conducting all "usual and necessary searches" and then considering insurance where a risk has been identified.

ChancelSure® insurance is the market leading chancel repair indemnity product providing in perpetuity terms, diminution in value cover and a 200% escalator clause. Cover for successors in title can also be included.

CLS ConveySure® and ChancelSure® policies are underwritten exclusively on behalf of the UK subsidiary of Munich Re (Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC and therefore offer the highest and most consistently rated security available in the UK and European Title Indemnity markets (AA- rated since 2005/6 per Standard & Poor's). CLS has built a highly experienced, legally qualified underwriting team with a range of expertise (from both US-based title insurance companies', UK companies' and Lloyd's underwriting backgrounds) which is considered second to none. The underwriting team has the necessary experience, knowledge and understanding of how best to reduce risk exposure in the markets in which they operate. Members of the team helped develop, and have been active in, the UK and European title indemnity markets and collectively bring over 50 years' experience of these markets to the CLS proposition.
